Holy Crap, my very own IVF calendar!!!

Tentative dates are as follows:

12/27: Start Birth Control Pills
12/29: Humira Injection - For Immunology Factors
1/12: Second Humira Injection
1/16: Start Lupron - 10 Units
1/20: Last active Birth Control Pill
1/25: Blood panel; Estradiol (E2 must be less than 70) CBC -
E2= 346 due to whore-bag cyst/follicle (23mm). Stims Delayed
1/27: E2=414, Progesterone 2.0
2/1: Cyst/Follicle increases to 24.5mm, E2 goes down to 391 Progesterone 1.4 Possibly ruptures that night.

Cycle delayed until additional period shows. Big sloppy tears ensue.

2/23: Follicle shown at 25.5 by 35.5, in an oblong shape - ready to collapse? E2 down to 125. Progesterone up to 1.8 (???)

3/13: Go in for Aspiration= u/s shows no cyst!!! E2: 26.

3/15: Start Stims. 300 iu Follistim, 2 vials of Menopur, 5 units of Lupron

3/21: First Monitoring Appointment:
Left Side: 8 follies, all measuring 12 - 13mm
Right Side: 9-10 follies, all measuring 12 - 13mm
Start Heparin

3/23: Second Monitoring Appointment
Left Side: 8 Follies, all measuring 15-16
Right Side: 9-10 Follies, all measuring 16-17
Lining: 9.4
Estrodial: 1,277

3/26: Retrieval. 19 Eggs, 11 mature, 9 fertilized. Follow up NK Assay results: Normal

3/28: Start Progesterone In Oil shots 

3/31: Transfer (2, at Day 5) 1 Grade I borderline Expanded Blast, and 1 Grade II Blast

4/2: 1 Day 6 Grade II Expanded Blast makes it to Freeze!

4/9: Positive Home Pregnancy Tests (HOLY.CRAP.)

4/10: Beta #1= 144, Progestone= 56 (10dp5dt)

4/12: Beta #2= 233. A 62% Increase - Doctor likes to see no less than 60% increase. Trying not to panic.

4/13: Intralipid Infusion

4/19: Beta #3= 4,873, Progesterone= 43

4/26: Beta #4= 20,833, Progesterone= 52

5/1: One Gorgeous Heartbeat
