Trigger Happy

I just got back from my second u/s monitoring. There are definitely two GIANT follicles. WOO HOO! On the left is the dominant 24.18mm, and on the right we have 23.54mm. Dr. Rawks is thrilled with both. And my lining is just under 9mm. So that's good too. At my last appointment they asked me to make sure I brought my Ovidrel, which I did. So the nurse kindly showed me how to administer the shot right there at the clinic. I have an appointment for my IUI tomorrow afternoon. The only thing that sucks about that is that it's Fle.et Week in San Francisco, so traffic is going to be a cluster fuck. But I'll get over it. I really have a lot of respect for people who commute all the time. I live 5 miles away from my office, so the most I can complain about is a slow pedestrian. I do not know how people put up with that crap 5 days a week... What was I talking about? oh yeah- I TRIGGERED!!! Please keep your fingers that this is the first, and last time I will have to trigger for at least a few years. Wish me luck!

It sound like your follies and lining are great!! Good luck with the IUI. I hope this leads to a BFP!!

Good luck! Maybe being in the city with a bunch of Sea-Men is a good sign! Tee hee.

Yay! You triggered! Good luck with the IUI and with everything.

LOL on Jessica's comment - yes, a bunch of Sea-Men is a good sign! Now for one good one!

I have a 45 min commute each way everyday. That adds to the joy I already derive from my job.... need I say more?

Nice - sounds like you're in a perfect spot for a BFP this time! I'm sending pg vibes your way. Maybe we can compare symptoms in a bout a week?? Are you taking prometrium / progesterone? Those suckers give off fake pg symptoms, but I will still be doing the boob check thing shortly.

Yay! It's here! I feel like it's Christmas Day or something. =)

I hope the trigger wasn't too painful!

Your "stats" sound right on! GOOD LUCK, my friend!

Yay for triggering! Really hoping this is it for both of us! My ovary beat me to the triggering! Let's hope this is it for us. For a few more years anyway!

Came from "Musings of a Wannabe Mommy" to read your post about the award.

I also hate the sound of pouring liquid/running water (also wind, vacuums, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc.).

Best wishes, good luck, & may God bless in your desire to have a family. :)
